Graham Coxon discusses Blur reunion
[source: NME.com] Graham Coxon has broken his silence on rumours surrounding a Blur reunion.
Coxon quit the band in 2002 during the making of Think Tank to concentrate on his solo work. However, recent reports suggested he would return soon. Blur bassist Alex James even said in December that "there may be some news".
"It's gone through my mind a few times, believe it or not," Coxon told NME. "I know a lot of Blur fans are annoyed with what I did, but I really did have to explore my own regions [and] get myself happy."
Coxon said he left Blur because he needed to beat his own demons.
"When you go and get yourself straightened out after a period of abuse, it takes you longer than you think to get over it. It's been five years.
"There were things I really, really needed to do for my own good. Personally and musically, I had to do some things to see if I was capable."

Wolfmother work on new tracks
After a stellar year that culminated in a Grammy win, Sydney-based trio Wolfmother are working on new material for the follow-up to 2006's self-titled debut.
